HOPE is an acronym for Helping Others Progress and Excel. The definition for the word hope is a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen, and according to scripture it does not disappoint (Romans 5:5).
HOPE Learning Center is a non-profit organization that has been established with the primary focus of providing a daily structured educational program for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD).
This program will be offered free of charge to individuals who qualify. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday 9:00am to 3:30pm, with the exception of holidays. Breakfast and lunch will be provided upon request for an additional fee. Transportation is provided at no cost. Our services will be available to our tri-county area of New Hanover, Brunswick, and Columbus Counties.
